Gravesham Pride is accepting applications from food and market traders to attend our event on Saturday 13th of August 2022. In 2021 COVID restrictions meant we were only able to welcome 600 visitors to Fort Gardens. This year, we are hoping to triple that figure, at least.

Please note that this application does not guarantee a pitch. Pitches will be awarded based on a number of criteria to ensure variety and relevance.
Unless you are trading from a vehicle, all vehicles must be off-site during the event, and will not be allowed back on site until the end of the event. We do not provide parking on site.
No power is provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own generator.
Food Pitch Costs: £90 for a standard 3X3m pitch plus £20 per additional square meter if required.
Market Pitch Costs: £60 for a standard 3X3m pitch plus £20 per additional square meter if required.
We do not provide gazebos, tables, or chairs. All traders must bring everything they need with them.
We will ask for proof of insurance and other liabilities in advance of the event.
Any gazebos brought with you must be weighted for safety. We will ask you to leave or dismantle your stall if your pitch is found to be unsafe.
Gravesham Pride is committed to having as low an environmental impact as possible, so we will prioritise traders who have environmentally sustainable practices.
Applications must be received no later than Tuesday 31st May 2022.
If your application is successful we will contact you with an offer, booking form and invoice by Monday 6th June 2022.
To accept an offer, vendors must submit all requested documentation along with payment in full by Thursday 30th June 2022.
